At Digi Exten LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to ensure every client is fully satisfied with our digital services. However, due to the nature of our work (custom website development and digital services), refunds are handled under the following policy:
1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment.
- If no work has started or no initial concepts have been delivered, a partial refund may be considered.
- Once project development, customization, or revisions have begun, refunds are not applicable.
2. Non-Refundable Services
All digital services such as website design, coding, or maintenance are non-refundable once partially or fully delivered.
3. Cancellation
If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, only unused portions of pre-paid fees (if any) may be considered for partial credit.
4. Dispute Resolution
